We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days. For urgent contest-related questions during an active submission window, we typically reply even faster.

CHS is passwordless. Enter your email on the Sign In page and we send you a 6-digit code — type it in and you’re in. No password to remember or reset. If the code doesn’t arrive within a minute, check your spam folder or use Resend.

Membership fees are non-refundable once a contest submission has been made. If you haven’t entered any contests, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact us for assistance.

No — contests are a member benefit. Members enter free and can submit up to 25 images per contest, so membership pays for itself the moment you enter your first contest.
